1. To gain best optimal patient’s recovery, we are to be fully cooperate.

The more cooperative i.e giving required datas, the more opened you are, the faster we may gain the result.

2. ACC e-counseling is meant to assist a patient gain his/her recovery.

And nothing but to assist a patient gain his/her recovery.

Patients’ condition before, during and after ACC counseling is to be understood as patients’ own responsibility.

3. ACC e-counseling session is effective upon receipt of your confirmed order.
