We can say, mind healing are therapies that clears your mind of negative thoughts. And a defeated attitude towards a disease or illness that you are physically suffering from. When you hear a person say s/he no longer wants to “go on living” or claims s/he no longer “has the energy to fight the disease” would indeed benefit greatly from body mind healing. However, be careful not to misinterpret a person who says he is “at one with his maker”, is “ready to go” or who says s/he is “at peace” ! Especially if the person is suffering from a fatal disease and does not have much time left to live. None of us will live forever in a physical sense, so allow a human being to pass on from this world when he is prepared to do so. If you find that it is you who is having difficulty letting go of a person whose time is up, then you may be the one who needs a body mind healing.
Mind healing is the change in the body, mind, and affairs of a person through the use of spiritual mind treatment. Through the use of treatment which is often called “scientific prayer”, the individual’s consciousness is changed. Thereby causing an equal change in body and affairs. Mind healing is an effective treatment for stress, anxiety and difficult times. When a person is unable to change unwanted feelings, responses or behaviours through willpower or conscious effort, it may indicate that these things are a result of negative subconscious emotion.
The conscious, outer mind is usually unaware of these inner conflicts. While they remain, they have the power to influence us in a negative way. Restoring a balance of health and happiness is a completely private matter. The changes are carried out within the privacy of the client’s inner mind and the therapist has no need to know the inner secrets in order to help.
Mind healing is more clearly understood and taught. There will always remain an untouched field for the conscientious lay practitioner, qualified for this high calling by a deep sympathy with human suffering and a practical training in the laws of mind.
Mind healing is hands-on work aimed at ridding both mind and body of the residual psycho-physical effects of a traumatic physical injury or of an experience that was extremely painful, frightening, or sad. Some clients vividly re-experience the traumatic event during in therapy. Others do not consciously remember what happened to them , nevertheless, they go through a marked process of physical and emotional release.
How does body mind healing work? Most trauma, emotional or physical, leaves an “imprint” within the body-often in the viscera (organs) or fascia (connective tissue)-which we adapt around or compensate for. These imprints act as energy blocks in the body. Energetic imprints may cause chronic pain, inhibit a full range of emotional expression, create illogical fears, and reduce physical performance. During a body mind healing session, the therapist works with the client in a safe, supportive environment to identify, re-experience, and then release the memories, thoughts, and emotions held within the energetic imprints. The first step is to discern whether an identifiable emotional trauma is stored in the body. Usually a place of tightness or reduction in motility is discovered.

Dear readers,
There are so many kind of mind healing. Mind healing and musical therapy has basically been accepted among traditional medical practioners.
So interesting that sound healing is one of the “new trend” in the alternative and complimentary medicinal world. Sound healing therapies are being incorporated more and more, making this more exciting. Most practitioners are utilizing traditional massage, acupuncture, nutrition, psychology and other standard medical practices. Sound therapy is used for a variety of physiological and psychological reasons. Physical conditions that maybe treated include the pain during labor, muscle and joint pains like arthritis, back pain, sports injuries, soft tissue damage, and cancers. Mental issues like anxiety and depression are included. Most of these physical conditions can and usually do create psychological problems that can further perpetuate an ailment.
Mind healing is that when the disturbed systems of emotion and physicality are brought to some semblance of even flow. One trick of mind healing is by forming relationships with the loving animals we call our pets. Mind healing is the practice of restoring the body to its normal and healthy state in conjunction with another form of treatment. Either through traditional medicine or through natural means.
As a counsellor and therapist , I always inform my patients before we even begin our first session, that I may only do 50% of the work. The rest has to come from their own conscious effort and will to become better. Once I had patients who could barely walk when they first come to see me. Due to paralysis on one side of the body brought on by a stroke. It is because they refuse to let their bodies cripple them and limit the remaining years of their lives in such condition, they incorporate a body-mind healing practice into their medical treatment and physical therapy. Mostly before long, they are able to walk solely by themselves. And find out that they are not only healthier, also more fit physically, mentally and spiritually as well.
